Charlottetown Economic Development Action Plan
Worked with a committee appointed by the City of Charlottetown to develop an economic development action plan. Scope of work included external research, situation analyses and authoring of the action plan. Also facilitated the Mayor’s Economic Development Forum that led to the formation of the committee and development of the plan.

The Miramichi Open River Museum (City of Miramichi)
Lives and Legends of the Mighty Miramichi
Baker Consulting completed a strategic business planning assignment that brings the ‘eco-museum’ concept to the Miramichi Open River Museum.  This “museum without walls” links eleven historic and natural attraction sites along a 55 km. stretch of picturesque riverfront to create a tourism demand generator for the city and the region. The project included marketing strategy, branding and the theme shown above.  (2005)
